Refunds

Here at ONVY Motorsport we know how passionate you are about your car, and we want to help you fuel that passion. One of our ways to ensure this is through our generous refund and exchange policy. If applicable, we offer refunds and exchanges up to 30 days after receiving an item, even if the product is no longer in its original packaging. You need to contact us in no more than 14 days after receiving the product. After that, you have 14 days to post it for return. If 30 days have passed since your item arrived, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. If you want to issue a refund, please contact us at info@onvymotorsport.com.

It is solely your responsibility as a customer to read the description of the item and to make sure the part actually fits your car. If anything is unclear, please contact us at info@onvymotorsport.com PRIOR to purchasing, to avoid any mistakes. We are not responsible for any parts that do not match your car and will not issue a refund or exchange for this. All sales are final except when the product sent does not match the description or is damaged.

To be eligible for a refund the product does not have to be in the original packaging, as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it. However any drilling, wear, filing, modification or any other type of altering of the item that deems it not in its original state makes the item non-eligible for a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Am i eligible for a refund?

You are eligible for a refund if:
The item is damaged, broken or in any other way defective, due to a factor out of your control.
The item is not the item you ordered.
The item does not match the description.

You must have a receipt or proof of payment to be eligible for a refund.

Approved refund

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 1-30 days, depending on your bank and method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

If you would rather exchange the item for something else on onvymotorsport.com, we are more than happy to help. You are eligible for an exchange if:
The item is damaged, broken or in any other way defective, not due to you.
The item is not the item you ordered.
The item does not match the description.
You must have a receipt or proof of payment to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item to us. ‍


Note

If returning an item of high value you should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not issue a refund or exchange for an item lost during shipping or for any other reason out of our control.
